Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation
  • Gather, interpret, and document business and technical requirements
  • Act as a liaison between legal teams and software developers
  • Support the design and implementation of AI-driven workflows
  • Ensure systems align with regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements
  • Assist in delivering efficient, client-focused legal technology solutions

 Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, IT, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with digital platforms or technology-driven environments
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Understanding of data analysis and process modelling
