Key Responsibilities

- Gather, interpret, and document business and technical requirements
- Act as a liaison between legal teams and software developers
- Support the design and implementation of AI-driven workflows
- Ensure systems align with regulatory and compliance requirements
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements
- Assist in delivering efficient, client-focused legal technology solutions
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, IT, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with digital platforms or technology-driven environments
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Understanding of data analysis and process modelling
